Plan of Operation
The Plan of Operation refers to the strategic and financial roadmap each individual school within the Clark County School District must develop annually. This process is a central part of the Reorganization of the Clark County School District (mandated by Nevada Law NRS 388G), which shifted decision-making power from the central district level directly to individual school precincts. Each school’s Plan of Operation is co-designed by the Principal and the School Organizational Team (SOT).
